Subscription plans

Our new “software-as-a-service” collaboration solution is offered on subscription basis. You can choose among five subscription plans depending on the number of the team Web site users and the volume of the needed information.

You can subscribe for 3, 6 or 12 months. Discounts are available for the 6- and 12-month subscriptions. Payments may be fullfilled via bank transfer at the following account: ING Bank Sofia; account No 1000724610 (in BGN); bank code 14591458; VAT account No 9000724614.

Custom solutions

In case none of our subscription plans corresponds to your requirements - you want to customize your already existing software applications or you need additional security - we have developed several options to increase the efficiency and benefits of our collaboration solution:

• Number of users and disk storage. If the number of users or the available disk storage in one of the standard subscription plans does not match your needs, we are ready to customize the plan closest to your needs.
• Dedicated server. If security is your primary concern and you want your SmartShare team Web site to be demarcated from the Web sites of other teams or organizations, then it can be run on an individual server.
• Web parts development. If your organization uses software, critical to the seamless operations of your work process, you can order its integration with your SmartShare team Web site.
• Integration with an already existing Active Directory. In case you already have a restricted-access Active Directory and you have permissions for it, you can align the access to both places with a single Username and Password.
• Single username and password for all access levels within the SmartShare team Web site. If you decide to create a sub-site to address the needs of a special team inside your organization, you can assign a single User name and password for access to all levels of the Web site.
• Additional Security via Secure Socket Layer (SSL). In case you wish to get additional security for the shared information, you can do so by the SSL data transfer protocol.
• Antivirus protection. You can order a solution that provides virus-check for every single document before its publishing and/or opening.
